Acadiana Center for the Arts presents Student arts Expo: St Landry Schools Arts & Steam Festival - March 23rd- 10 a.m.-3 p.m.- at St Landry Parish Courthouse.
The free festival is a celebration of student-artists in all artistic disciplines from every corner of St. Landry Parish. With 2 stages and 5 exhibition locations throughout Downtown Opelousas, Student Arts Expo is a true community event.
The event features outdoor performances from school bands, choirs, and performance classes, art exhibitions in businesses and outdoors, hands-on art activities for families, and a student artist market.

The event brings over 2,000 individuals to downtown Opelousas and showcases artwork and performances by more than 550 students from pre-K to 12th grade.
Sponsorships support this community event and those at the $1,500 and above are granted promotional and on-site recognition for their generosity.
