Description
A strictly traditional, rural Cajun Courir de Mardi Gras involving chicken and greased pig chasing. The Fais Do Do begins at 4pm, with music starting at 5 and lasting throughout the evening.

*Per tradition, only men, age 15 or older in full, traditional costume are invited to run.
All runners MUST attend at least one meeting, no exceptions. See more info below
Who
Participants are required to be of age 15 or older and wearing traditional costumes. Masks are not to be removed at stops. Runners under 17 years of age will need a sponsor - a friend or family member age 18 or older who is also a runner in the Courir de Mardi Gras de L'anse.
How
Runners are required to attend at least one meeting and become knowledgeable on both the Cajun french prayers and chant to be recited on the run.
All meetings will begin at 7pm held in the barn located behind the Henry's home at 1174 Lafosse Rd. Morse, LA 70559.

The Courir de Mardi Gras de l’Anse (“l’anse” means “cove”) is organized by Cadien Toujours, a non-profit committed to the preservation, advancement and education of the Cajun French culture.
