Your Complete Guide of Events for International Rice Festival

Get ready for all the IRF events at the 86th Annual International Rice Festival happening this Thursday through Sunday, October 19 to October 21st. It is one of the largest FREE agricultural festivals and all takes place in Cajun Harvest Country Crowley, La. 

In addition to a music lineup with award-winning acts, festival organizers have planned many exciting festival events throughout the weekend for festival goers to participate in with parades, carnival rides, craft and food vendors, and so much more you don't want to miss. What to Expect

2023 Sound Stage Music Line Up

Experience not one, but TWO sound stages filled with live entertainment throughout the festival. With performances from the likes of Chris Ardoin, Cupid, Molly Ringwalds, Wayne Toups, Geno Delafosse and many more, the music lineup is an attraction of its own. 


Carnival rides all weekend long. Daily bracelets Thursday-Saturday are $30. Sunday Saver Special" $25

Live Music starting at 6pm through midnight

Carnival rides 6-11pm

Friday 10/20

International Rice and Creole Cookery Contest will start at 8-9AM. 

A Children's Parade will stroll down Crowley Main Street on Friday 10/20 @1:30pm

Carnival rides from 10am to 11pm.

Saturday 10/21

IRF 5K Run at 8am

Classic Car, Truck, and Bike Show starts at 7 AM. 

Fiddle & Accordion Contest @ 10am

Frog Derby @ 11am

IRF Grand Parade @ 3pm.

Carnival rides from 10am to 11pm. 

Sunday 10/22

Carnival rides 12pm - 6pm.
